Orders and Deliveries
  • How much does shipping cost?
    All orders over $75 ship for free. For orders under $75, we ship anywhere in the US via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on where you live, the weight of your order and which shipping method you choose.

  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    For standard shipping, please allow one business day for your order to process. Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days from their ship date.

  • What countries do you ship to?
    We currently only ship within the United States and to U.S. Territories. However, as we grow, we will continue expanding into other countries and offer international shipping.

  • Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
    If you need to make a change to your order after it’s been placed, please contact us at support@pckl.com and include your order number along with that change that needs to be made. If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • How do I update my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?
    Please contact us at support@pckl.com with your order number in the subject line and the new address in the body of the email. We can update as long as your order has not yet shipped.

    If your order has already shipped, you can contact the delivery company and ask them to update your address. Please reach out if they are unable to do so.

  • Can I track my order once it ships?
    For sure. We’ll provide both a tracking link and tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the delivery company to pick up your order and for tracking to update.

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
    All orders shipped with our free shipping method or with USPS can be delivered to PO Box Addresses. However, UPS shipments can not be delivered to PO Box addresses.

  • I got the wrong item. What do I do?
    Our bad! If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us at support@pckl.com and we will process a return and get the right order out to you asap.

Returns
  • What is PCKL’s return policy?
    For paddle orders placed on PCKL.com, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. At this time, we cannot accept returns on any used pickleballs or apparel. See Return Policy for more details.

  • How do I make a return?
    Please reach out to us at support@pckl.com to process a return. Please include both your order number and the word “return” in the subject line of your email.

  • When can I expect the return to show on my account?
    Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on the method of payment used at checkout.
Payments
  • What payment methods can I use on PCKL.com?
    We accept all the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

  • The promotion code isn’t working. What should I do?
    If you have a promotion code that isn’t working please try the following first:
    • Ensure the spelling of the code is correct
    • Try logging into your Piper account and then applying
    • If you have used the code once before, it’s possible that the code is limited to only one order

      If you are still having issues after trying the above, please send an email to info@pckl.com with a screenshot of the promotion code error you are receiving at checkout.

  • Can I purchase a PCKL Gift Card?
    E-gift cards are available for purchase online and will be email to your recipient of choice. Please note that all e-gift cards are only valid for the redemption in the currency they were purchased in.

PCKL Products and Warranty
  • What is the warranty for paddles?
    All paddles purchased from PCKL.com or authorized retailers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturers defects, defective materials, and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from pickleball play. Learn more here.

    To start a warranty claim, please send an email to support@pckl.com complete with your name, email and details about your claim.

  • What materials are PCKL paddles made out of?
    PCKL uses advanced materials in all of our paddles. The Launch Series is made with Fiberglass. The Power Series is made with an edgeless Carbon face with a Rough-Grit surface texture. The Pro Series is made with a tall-frame, Carbon face with a Fine-Grit surface texture.

  • How is PCKL different from other pickleball brands?
    We are pickleball first. Nothing else. We aren’t an adapted tennis or ski brand trying to break into the pickleball market. And we aren’t focused on the big box retailers. Our baseline is providing an all around pickleball experience, starting with top-notch paddles and balls.

    We’re also at the intersection of competition and fun. PCKL integrates fitness, a little friendly competition and the social aspect that comes with the game.

  • Are PCKL Paddles USAPA compliant?

    Our pickleball paddles are USA Pickleball Approved and are on the official list on the website. These paddles can be used in any tournament or league.

  • Does PCKL sponsor charitable organizations and events?
    If you have a donation or event request, please reach out to us at support@pckl.com. We will take each request on a case-by-base basis.

  • Will you all send free products or donate money for a good cause?
    We are unfortunately unable to commit to sending free products at this time, but hope that will change as we continue to grow.

    PCKL reserves all donations for organizations selected by our employees or consumers.
