For product orders placed on PCKL.com, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.* If for whatever reason you don’t love the product, please submit a return by emailing us at support@pckl.com. At this time, we cannot accept returns on any used apparel. For any unopened, unused products, please email us at support@pckl.com.

• No returns or exchanges from items specifically marked "FINAL SALE".
• We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel.
• Paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for return/exchange. 
• Once a return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your original payment method to be refunded.
• All products purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned during our extended 60 day holiday return period.
