PCKL Limited Lifetime Warranty

All paddles purchased from PCKL.com or authorized retailers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturers defects, defective materials, and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from pickleball play. 

To start a warranty claim, please send an email to support@pckl.com complete with your name, email and details about your claim.

Any damage caused by throwing, slamming, or other negligent behavior is not covered. Chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.
