If you are within 30-days of when the paddle arrived at your home, please submit a return by emailing us at At this time, we cannot accept returns on any used pickleballs or apparel. For any unopened, unused products, please email us at

  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel.
  • Once a return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your original payment method to be refunded.
  • All paddles purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned during our extended 60 day holiday return period
