For paddle orders placed on PCKL.com, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.*
If you are within 30-days of when the paddle arrived at your home, please submit a return by emailing us at support@pckl.com. At this time, we cannot accept returns on any used pickleballs or apparel. For any unopened, unused products, please email us at support@pckl.com.
See below for more details:
- No returns or exchanges from items specifically marked "FINAL SALE".
- We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel.
- Once a return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your original payment method to be refunded.
- All paddles purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned during our extended 60 day holiday return period
*Returns for products with excessive damage will be accepted at the discretion of pckl.com
